Dr. David Dempsey, DDS
Dr. David Dempsey is a native of Portsmouth VA. He and his family moved to Maryland early in his life, as both of his parents were civilians working for the U.S. Government. He received his undergraduate degree at University of MD College Park and his Doctorate from University of MD, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, the first dental school founded in the United States. He spent three years in the U.S. Public Health Services with the rank of Lieutenant Commander and was the Chief Dental Officer at the U.S. Public Health clinic in Miami, FL from 1974-1976. From 1978 until 2019, he enjoyed providing patients in the New Port Richey and Trinity area of Florida with excellent dental care.
Dr. Dempsey provides the full range of general dental services—checkups and cleanings, crowns and bridges, dentures, fillings, extractions, and more. With kindness and respect for every patient, he helps patients eliminate discomfort, improve oral health, and restore their smiles.
He and his wife Becky have much in common with our patients. They enjoy travel, cooking, golf and their four beautiful grandchildren.
