Malek Chahada, DMD

Growing up in a family of dentists molded his views on the importance of quality patient care and the value of good oral hygiene. His first mentor was his father, Dr. Chahada prosthodontist and faculty at Damascus university for 20 years, who by sharing his experiences with Dr. Malek first introduced him to the wonderful world of dentistry. Dentistry then became a passion and lifelong learning journey, so, it was no surprise when he went on to Damascus University school of Dental Medicine to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Continuing to further his education he attended a prosthodontics training program for two years and Implant Pathway advance Implant Training, as well as, returning to school at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine to earn his degree in Dental Medicine.

Dr. Malek’s passions are not limited to dentistry, outside the office he enjoys working out, hiking, and spending lovely time with his lovely wife and Family.

Dr. Malek and his wife Dr. Sarah Al Moussally have been married to for two years. He and his wife share their love for dentistry and together they pursued their dental careers, graduating same class from Damascus School of Dentistry and Rutgers Dental School.
