Janel Hanna, DMD

Dr. Janal Hanna was born and raised in sunny Sarasota, Florida, before moving to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Leadership Studies. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia. Dr. Hanna continued her training by completing a general practice residency at the rigorous Level 1 trauma hospital, NYU Langone in Brooklyn, a program that heavily focuses on oral surgery.

Dr. Hanna then moved back to her hometown, where she practices comprehensive and lifelong care for her patients. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association and is committed to continuing education. In her free time, Dr. Hanna enjoys traveling—especially to New York—spending time with her family and friends, and is an active member of her local Coptic Orthodox Church.
